When Casa Majani, a luxury rental property in Mexico, approached Off Your Plate, they already had rave reviews from their many guests. Several of these guests; however, came from agents who took large commissions and the owners knew there was potential to reach more guests on their own.

When OYP came onboard, we did a complete analysis of Casa Majani’s current target market. Not only how they booked or found out about the property, but the way they had engaged on social media during their stays. OYP found that Casa Majani was missing out on valuable, user-generated content (hello, free marketing!) and failing to consistently post engaging images to keep their villa top of mind.

OYP knew Casa Majani was a rare gem, and we made that beauty shine on social media. We encouraged those who were already posting by featuring them on their page, and made guests into repeat guests by posting relatable, witty reels, photos and stories that reminded them of the things they’d loved during their visits.

Now, Casa Majani’s social media does the talking and their guests amplify that through their own pages.
